General terms and conditions of sale

Our general terms and conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. These changes are clearly displayed on our website.

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover normal use, abuse, improper use or accidental breakage of items for any reason whatsoever. Items covered by the manufacturer's warranty must be accompanied by the invoice. Depending on the manufacturer's decision, the item may be replaced, exchanged for an equivalent product, repaired or credited. The warranty process can take from two to six weeks.

You can browse our website, however, to order products you will be asked to register and provide personal information such as your name, email address, postal address and telephone number. We use this information to create your account, to communicate and correspond with you about your order and to respond to any queries you may have. The information collected on our website remains strictly confidential.

For orders placed on the TIB Sport website, the customer confirms the order after selecting a type of payment, such as Twint, Visa, Mastercard, Postcard and bank transfer, as well as selecting the delivery method. Our invoices are payable when the order is placed and any delivery on credit is excluded. The customer then accepts the order process and these general terms and conditions of sale. The customer then receives an order confirmation e-mail (this confirmation includes all the details of the order). Our general terms and conditions of sale apply to all our sales. We reserve the right to limit the quantities available for sales or sale, and the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason.

The prices presented on the tibsport.ch site include VAT in CHF (Swiss francs) excluding delivery costs, for cash payment without discount and for delivery in Switzerland. TIB Sport Sàrl endeavours to ensure that all information provided on the site is up to date and accurate. However, it is possible that misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions or other occur. TIB Sport Sàrl reserves the right to make changes to the advertised products, prices, descriptions and services at any time without notice.

Items ordered are delivered within 2 to 5 working days. As a general rule, and except for errors, all items shown in our shop and on our website are in stock and available immediately. Our parcels are delivered by post or by collection directly from our shop. Under no circumstances may a delay in delivery give entitlement to deduction, penalty, compensation or damages. Goods travel at the customer's risk and it is the customer's responsibility to check that the goods are in good condition at the time of delivery. This check must cover the references, quantities and quality of the goods as well as the conformity of the order. No complaint will be taken into account after a period of 5 working days from receipt of the order. We do not deliver abroad via the website. If you have a special request for delivery abroad, please contact info@tibsport.ch.

The customer has a period of 5 days from receipt of the order to return (at his own expense) an article. All returns must be notified to TIB Sport and accompanied by the invoice. The article must be in its original packaging and free of wear. If these conditions are met, TIB Sport Sàrl will proceed with the reimbursement (excluding postage costs) of the total amount of the returned items. Refunds will only be made by bank transfer or in the form of a gift voucher, no cash refunds will be accepted. Certain sale items or special promotions are neither exchangeable nor refundable. This limitation is clearly displayed on our site when you confirm your order if you are purchasing such an item.

Please note that TIB Sport does not record or store credit card information in any way. When an order is placed on our site, the information provided passes through a secure channel between our payment service provider DATATRANS and the bank issuing your credit card. TIB Sport Sàrl has no knowledge of your credit card number.
